Profile Systems has 🔔 announced a formal restructuring of its executive board, effective from 1st July.

Following more than 40 years of steering the company’s strategic growth, Peter Kenny will transition to the role of Chairman of the Board, where he will focus on long-term corporate strategy and group governance.

As part of this structured succession plan, Paul McCarthy will step into the role of Managing Director. Bringing 36 years of industry experience, Paul will lead the company's next chapter of growth.

Collaborating closely on both strategic and day-to-day management, Sandra Forde will formally assume the position of Deputy Managing Director, bringing 26 years of tenure across the company's finance, HR, and corporate strategy divisions to the role.

Martin Cormican continues to head up operations.

This evolution positions the leadership team to look to the future while maintaining the strong supplier and customer relationships built since 1978.
