Musicians, singers, poets, comedians - and even storytellers – are invited to demonstrate their talents at a free Open Mic session in TheNCF Cultural Co-op space in Ballina, Co. Mayo this holiday weekend.
Hosts will be local music artists Joe Clarke (pictured) and Sean Gorman.

The technically-tricky 'At Padraig's' is played here by Nicholas Timcu from Ballina, Co. Mayo. Nicholas is performing this piece for his Grade 2 Royal Irish Academy of Music Summer Piano Exam.
Well played by a promising young musician of David Dwane Music School - also a fine electric guitar player and Transition Year student at St. Muredach's College, Ballina.
