EPI is excited to announce that KG Elite Performance has now rebranded to Elite Performance Institute (EPI) for all education courses.

We are sad to see the old brand go, especially as it has been our business name in Ireland since 2012. However, given the expansion of our education courses over the last number of years we have decided to align ourselves to our company name Elite Performance Institute (EPI).

Moving forward, we have a number of upcoming Strength & Conditioning courses in Dublin and Belfast for the rest of 2024 along with a full calendar for 2025.
