📍 Strength & Power Assessment — Bristol Bears High-Performance Centre.

A hands-on day of CPD built around measuring what athletes can really do, reading the numbers properly, and shaping them into training that delivers. 💪

Led by PJ Wilson, Dan Howells and Kieran Smith, the focus was on clean set-ups, smart positioning and knowing which results genuinely move the needle versus background noise. Coaches then worked together to turn their findings into targeted programmes designed around each athlete's needs.

Objective testing, applied with purpose from development to rehab to return-to-play.
