Hi rowers,
Hope ye all enjoyed Christmas day and are creatively coming uo with ideas for today's St Stephens day feast....But tomorrow you may feel like to row.
A row to stretch the body, feel good, invigorated, and part of a crew.
Work at blending the crew swing and individual attention to technique. Appreciate each stroke, the ok ones, and the magical ones. Feel the catch and, ultimately, releasing the boat and enjoying the run.

Magical strokes and OK strokes at 0945 tomorrow. Sat 27th.
