Hi everyone, Hope you all enjoyed rag week. We are back with our classes again this week with Yoga today at 5, Lunch time circuits tomorrow at 1:10pm and LIT FItness class on Thursday at 5 pm.

Just over an hour to go until lunch time circuits!!1:10 here in the sports hub, only €3 for students and €5 for staff. Get your work out done in 30 minutes and feel great for the rest of the day!!
