Healy Partners Architects are proud to be leading the design of a 2,500 sqm extension to St. Flannan’s College, one of Ireland’s most historic school campuses.
This ambitious project places inclusivity and sustainability at its core — with 60% of the new accommodation dedicated to students with special educational needs. Thoughtfully embedded within the mature woodlands of the existing campus, the new building draws inspiration from its surroundings, balancing heritage sensitivity with contemporary educational requirements.
From its architectural pavilion-like form to the timber fins that echo the rhythm of the trees, this project is designed to sit quietly — but purposefully — within a deeply cherished setting.
