HI All, Hope you are all well after the summer. I'm delighted to share that my Root Veg and Beef cooking stocks have made the final of Blas na hEireann !!

Got this lovely Lil book from . In it it tells of the connections that soup can have for people and has many soup recipes ftom all over the world
It reminded me of one of my customers saying "that tastes like my mother used to make!" on tasting my chicken & veg soup.-nicest complement ever😊
