We are delighted to once again welcome Mid West ARIES to Shannon to facilitate health and wellbeing workshops for adults in the community entitled 'Self Care- Building My Resilience.

As we approach the winter months our mood can dip and we can sometimes struggle to look after ourselves and see the positives as our resilience dips.

This workshop will help you to focus on taking care of yourself and prioritising things that will assist you in staying well as the darkness approaches.
