Meet the cast of For Dolores by Eva O’Connor as they introduce themselves and share a glimpse into the characters they’ll be bringing to the stage.
Mo (the Scottish one) and Realtín (the Irish one) party, play and blaze their way through the Edinburgh student dream.
Set in Glasgow, For Dolores is about friendship, motherhood and coming to terms with your worst mistakes.
Like twin stars in obsessive orbit, it’s a friendship, a rivalry and an adventure. Risk is a delicious pleasure: until it all explodes in the blink of an eye.

Three years ago a theatremaker set out to investigate woman’s tireless pursuit of alone time. She presents her findings, veering between texts from great female thinkers, banal thoughts about crockery and intimate vignettes from a marriage. With sharp humour and quiet ferocity, this piece creates an intimate and thoughtful space for audiences to consider the relationship between productivity and identity.
Written and performed by Róisín Stack (Also for Roaring), directed by Ann Blake (Connie; The Morning After the Life Before) and following a sell-out run at Dublin Theatre Festival and Galway’s Bank of Ireland Theatre (2023), No Woman is an Island comes to Limerick for two performances only.
