🥞Weekends🥞
Now I'm not here to kill all your joy 😆
But...
The reality is that the weekends really count towards your results.
If you follow , you'll hear him say this a lot, and he's right.
Most people try to live on air & lettuce during the week.
The weekend comes, and it's a Fry for breakfast, out for lunch, a takeaway, and 2 bottles of wine that night.
Then wondering why you're not getting the results you want 🤷♂️
How about not restricting and punishing yourself on a daily basis, eating foods you enjoy in moderate quantities.
Then, when it comes to the weekend, have a plan for the day.
Oh, I'm heading for a burger and beers tonight, I'm gonna eat a light breakfast and have a high protein lunch 😋
Maybe try to implement even 50% of the things you do during the week, so it's not day/night from weekdays to weekends.
This will really make a huge difference to your results in the longer term, and it develops good habits to keep them results.
