Anyone receive a call from Microsoft Windows? Informing you that your computer is infected?

I have received three calls in the last two days. One claiming to be from eircom.

I went along with one of them just there. They ask for you to install Teamviewer then take control of your pc, show you a few errors then ask for you to PayPal them around €200 for doing nothing
