I’m delighted to share my Spring 2026 Pilates schedule at Deerpark Hub, Carlanstown — designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel your absolute best.

🗓 Monday 8pm – Mixed Level Pilates
🗓 Friday 9.30am – Mixed Level Pilates

Mixed level classes are ideal whether you're building foundations or ready to challenge yourself — with options and progressions to suit everyone. I strive to provide a supportive, welcoming environment for everyone 🌸
