Quick evening meal made with all my food prep... high fibre low Gl veggie omelette & kidney beans made with 3 organic egg whites & 2 egg yolks... served with a side of sweet potato wedges βπΌ

Keeping it lean with this Indian spiced turkey mince, lettuce wraps topped with lemon & garlic cashew cream cheeze βπΌ π€€π€€π€€ This was last nights dinner but I wanna eat it all over again π it's a tasty & satisfying dish with turmeric, cumin, coriander, & garam masala spice ... this dish is anti inflammatory on sooooo many levels ππΌ check out my previous post as to why an anti inflammatory diet is key to all aspects of health π€
