Researchers have found that oats contain beta glucan which helps lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease. Why not try this porridge bread. 500g pot of natural yogurt, 2 x 500g porridge (use the yogurt pot), 1 egg, 2 teasp bread soda. Bake for 50 minutes at 170 fan oven. Healthy and delicious.

Dishes cooked in today's class - chicken and vegetable curry with basmati rice, raspberry, apple and coconut crumble with chantilly cream. Great work girls. Delicious
