I am now entering week 7 of .
Lessons so far
1. Just because you have massive motivation does not mean massive action or exercise.
2. Overdoing it led to two weeks of injury.
3. 2 weeks of injury lead me to yoga everyday trying to stretch out muscles, a nice injury benefit creating a daily 10 minute habit of yoga.
4. Sleep sleep sleep can't do all this on little sleep
5. Prep getting more organised for foods.
6. The most essential part of this journey meditation, relaxation, loving yourself for who and where you are right now.
7. Tracking and consistency - it doesn't happen if you don't!!
8. Your core is essential! Realise post babies my core never went back so with the help of Alison Hogan Pilates Athlone and her specialised Mamalates program I will be focusing on restoring me core in 21 days!
