Gentle yoga classes on Zoom.

Teaching yoga on Zoom now. It’s a great way to keep a yoga class going while yoga spaces remain closed. 🙏

Our new yoga room in the Cumasu Centre is lovely. Wednesday class is full but there is space on Thursday class.
