A Message for our wonderful Friends and Elderly :

Heatwave :
Keep Deydrated and have Suncream on .

It's getting very warm outside, so please take it easy today! Cool clothes on.

Remember to keep a glass of water nearby and sip on it throughout the day. Try to stay indoors during the peak afternoon heat, and keep your curtains drawn to keep your home cool. You also could also put a small amount of cold water in hot water bottle, Move bottle up and down and put in freezer to cool down feet and neck etc.

If feet warm , put socks in a lunch bag or an ordinary bag into freezer and put into feet to keep cool.
