LOTE4Kids allows children to enjoy the magic of books in World Languages from the comfort of home. Each book is provided with an English translation to help develop multilingual reading and listening skills.

🔊 Lote4Kids has scheduled a maintenance upgrade from 12:00 am Tuesday 14 July to 12:00 am Friday 17 July 2026.

📚 LOTE4Kids is an online database of children's picture books in various World Languages to help engage culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) families in their communities!

LOTE4Kids, believe ALL children should have the opportunity to enjoy books and learn language through the magic of storytelling.

Wexford Public Library Service offers this eResource through free library membership. Not a member, or membership has lapsed, talk to one of our friendly and knowledgeable members of staff.

LOTE4Kids is conveniently available through PC browsers and mobile Apps (iOS and Android) for kids to enjoy at home or on the go. Each picture book on LOTE4Kids has both a language and English version, together with audio narrations by native-speaking voice talents.

What Languages Are Available?
From Arabic and Armenian to Yoruba and Zulu, including five sign languages: ASL, Auslan, BSL, ISL, and NZSL. LOTE4Kids add new languages and 200+ titles every month. More than 100 World Languages.

🏁 Ready, set, RACE! If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 and think you have what it takes to be crowned Enniscorthy Library's Mario Kart Champion, why not join us for our very first Mario Kart Tournament! 🏁

Choose from a selection of iconic Mario characters and test your driving skills by racing to the finish line with other fast and furious competitors. 🏎

We will provide the console and controllers for the tournament, but feel free to bring along your own Switch and try out some of our other games between rounds. 🎮
