Great energy and discussion at our recent Selling @ Scale workshop at GreentechHQ with Dr. Maria Coakley from Skillnet Innovation Exchange.

The session focused on how ambitious SMEs can move from ad-hoc selling to building a scalable, repeatable sales engine that supports long-term growth.
Some of the key themes explored included:

• Building healthier pipelines with more reliable forecasting
• Designing repeatable sales processes
• Aligning sales and marketing more effectively (MQLs vs SQLs)
• Developing account management strategies for retention and growth
• Hiring, managing and incentivising high-performing sales teams

Most importantly, attendees left with practical frameworks, actionable tools and a clearer roadmap for scaling sales with structure and confidence.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the discussion and shared their experiences openly throughout the workshop. The ambition and honesty in the room made for an incredibly valuable session.
