IMRA TEMPLE HILL

The 4th race in the IMRA Munster Championship took place in Temple Hill, Co Limerick on Sunday July 12th, 2026. It was a very hot morning for the trail race. The seniors had a long 9k, while the juniors ran a shorter 5k route.
There was lot of steep accents and descents, it was a challenging run but with beautiful forest trails.

Two of our juvenile athletes competed in the short course, congratulations to both Katelyn Shanahan who was 1st and Ella Gayson who came 2nd in the race 💪🏻🎉

Senior member Darren Gayson participated in the 9k race. He had a brilliant race to finish 13th and in a time of 1hr 12 mins.
