We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our client's Finance team. This full-time permanent role is to provide finance administration support within DVS Group, including Ireland and UK, to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance function of the business, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger entries, VAT/PAYE filing, as well as sales reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate will be a part qualified accountant or accounting technician or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance administration, accounting & ERP and will have good Excel and computing skills.

A vacancy has arisen for a Marketing & Communications Manager to plan and implement marketing strategies for products and services across 4 main divisions within the DVS Group: Duggan Veterinary Ireland, Duggan Veterinary UK, Duggan Healthcare and CPD Education to meet the immediate sales, profitability objectives and long-term development objectives.

This full-time role is based in Thurles, Co Tipperary and will include strategically preparing marketing plans and strategies for the business, analysing the relevant markets and defining short, medium & long term objectives; ensuring all communication is in line with the company brand guidelines and working with key brand ambassadors to promote new products; managing and working with internal graphic designer to brief them on projects and balance their priorities in terms of production of marketing materials as required for the sales force; production of marketing materials including product detailers, brochures, offer sheets and other content as required; managing all company PR, advertising, digital marketing, event management, etc.

Educated to degree level, preferably in marketing or communications, the successful candidate will be a self-starter and excellent team player and will enjoy challenging and fast paced work. EQUINE VETERINARY SALES MANAGER REQUIRED
Job Title: Area Sales Manager, Equine Veterinary

Location: Field based

A position has become available for an Equine Veterinary Sales Manager, in Duggan Veterinary Supplies which will involve detailing and supporting our expanding equine range of products to key veterinary practices in Ireland. This is a national role and the ideal candidate will be an Equine Vet with experience within a sales environment or an Equine Vet with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is looking for a new challenge and wishes to move into a commercial role in an expanding, professional and progressive organisation.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Responsibility for maintaining and generating sales of defined products against specified targets and maintaining a strong company profile across the region. This role will support and further develop our expanding customer base, introduce new products to the marketplace, and deliver support activities to an expanding client base. Salary €40 - €50k, plus company car, phone, tablet and very generous bonus package.

Marketing & Communications Manager (€35-€45k)
A Marketing & Communications Executive is required to plan and implement marketing strategies for a product/group of products and develop the Company’s position and image in the relevant market segments to meet the immediate sales, profitability objectives and long-term business development objectives.

This full-time role will include preparation of marketing plans in line with short and long-term objectives; analysing the relevant markets; managing communication with colleagues to ensure marketing objectives are met; production and design of branded materials, together with utilising all channels to grow the Company's on-line presence and corporate event management. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, preferably in life sciences and/or marketing, with 3-4 years experience in a Marketing and Communications role; a creative thinker and excellent team player with high personal drive and commitment and will enjoy challenging and fast paced work.
