🩰This Saturday's Ballet-lates Master Class is created for people who have always wanted to dance.

🦢We'll be swept away by the glorious Swan Lake score in flowing movements that will leave you feeling elegant and energised.

💃🏼In this Master Class inspired by Swan Lake, we'll warm up with Pilates-based moves, simple steps at the barre, and finish with a complete dance sequence. The music is so compelling I've had clients come back again and again to practice. It truly is special.
