After the distractions of summer, September is a chance to reset and refocus. There is a ‘back to school’ feeling as we try to get back into a routine.
It doesn’t take long for business and work life to ramp back up and before we know it, we are back on that busy, busy treadmill. Our relaxed ‘summer vibe’ is soon eroded. Stress can kick in as we consider all the things we need to get done.
But September is an opportunity too - a chance to reset and regain your focus. Think of it like a mini–New Year!
In this article, I share some tips on how to reset and refocus this in September so you can be productive, effective and stay calm as well!

With increasing 'busyness' and stress levels being reported in the workplace, employee wellbeing has never been more important.

I work with lots of employers to facilitate Employee Wellbeing programmes that help engage and support people. Removing some simple barriers helps to boost performance and productivity too.
