An M5 currently with us to to diagnose an emissions nct fail. No faults stored and no warning lights on the dash. So far we've found a sporadic misfire on cylinder 4 causing the Ecu to increase the pulse width of the affected injector massively. Will proceed with swapping injector to see if issue follows. Will update post when issue rectified.

A Volvo S40 with us driving in limp home mode. Engine control unit forced this due to defective glow plugs. Upon attempted removal all 4 plugs were completely seized in the head. So.... head off, seized plugs removed and rebuilt with new gaskets, bolts, timing belt and water pump. Coolant and oil change.

An S8 with us last week for a massive oil leak and rattle at idle. After a comprehensive diagnosis and a lot of stripping we replaced the oil retention valve and various gaskets housed within the V. This huge 5.2 litre V10 left driving like new again with the oil leak and noise issues rectified.
