Calling career & life coaches 💛

Mums Hub is planning our next Confidence Building Programme session for mothers.

Wednesday 16th September
10:30am–12:30pm

We are looking to hear from coaches who may be a good fit for a calm, supportive morning of short one-to-one conversations with mums around confidence, direction, returning to work, education or career pathways, and next steps.

We have funding in place for this session, and spaces are limited.

Interested?
Email [email protected] with a short note about your coaching background and experience.

Have your say on safety in your community.

The Local Community Safety Partnership is asking people to share their experiences, concerns and priorities to help shape local safety plans.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and every response helps ensure that community voices are included in decisions about local services and safety.

🗓️ Closing date: Wednesday, 5 August 2026
🔗 Survey link is in our bio.

Please take part and share it with others in your community.

A small but important milestone for Mums Hub 💜

Our Spacehive-funded and Dublin City Council matched project has now been delivered.

This support helped us put important foundations in place: insurance, website and digital tools, printing materials, communications, and the systems needed to start delivering properly.

Since then, we’ve launched the Mums Hub website and directory, started our Confidence Building Programme, delivered CV support, and continued building pathways between mothers, training opportunities and employers.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported, shared, donated, encouraged, advised, or simply believed in this idea at the beginning.

Mums Hub is still growing, but this part is delivered.

What a gorgeous day at the Intercultural Fun Day in Hill Street Family Resource Centre 🌸

The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, full of families, community, colour, connection and joy. We were so grateful to be included and to have the Mums Hub stall there as part of such a special day.

A huge thank you to Hill Street Family Resource Centre for everything you do for families in our city. You are such a valuable resource, and we really would be lost without spaces like this, places where families feel welcomed, supported, included and celebrated.

Thank you for the many wonderful activities, the care, the community spirit and the constant work that goes into supporting local families. We appreciate it so much.

Days like this remind us exactly why community matters. 💛

What a beautiful morning at Mums Hub 💛

Today’s Confidence & Pathways session focused on Education Pathways, giving mums space to explore courses, supports, higher education, community learning, and other possibilities for September and beyond.

Each session has been building on the last: confidence, connection, and now knowledge. Because the more we know, the more confident we become.

A huge thank you to Siobhán from University College Dublin , Denise and Pamela from , Brigid from the Larkin Unemployed Centre , Emanuela from LadyCabOfficial , and Ellen and Cynthia from LYCS for bringing such useful information, guidance and warm energy into the room.

Thank you to every mum who came today, and to the mums who keep showing up month after month.

A special thank you also to the wonderful staff at Charleville Mall Library, who have been so kind, welcoming and helpful to Mums Hub, no ask is ever too much for them. I am genuinely convinced they are some of the best staff ever.

This was our first session supported by the NEIC, and we are very grateful for the funding that helps us continue building this programme for mothers.

A calm, relaxed morning full of information, encouragement and possibility 💛
