Employee of the Month for May – Felix Calleja 👷‍♂️

We are delighted to announce the second of our 'Employee of the Month' award winners for May ✨

Felix is well deserving of our monthly award. He is currently working on site with Whitecroft Developments on a residential project in Claregalway.

Flexible and hardworking, he brings good experience and a great attitude to any site he works on.

Speaking about Felix's time as an operative with 3D, our Operations Manager, Philip Doherty had this to say;

"Since coming on board with 3D Personnel, Felix has worked as a general operative for a number of the main contractors in Ireland. During his time with us, he has also worked as a gateman and a handyman, so he is a man of many talents.

We’d like to thank Felix for his hard work and commitment throughout his time with us and look forward to continuing our work with Felix going forward."

This Saturday brings together two GAA heavy hitters, current All Ireland Champions Kerry GAA, playing Allianz League Champions Official Donegal GAA, in the biggest clash of the 2026 Championship so far 🥊🥊

The Round 1 clash in Killarney will see the teams battle it out for a third time this season. Kerry will be looking to avenge their heavy League Final defeat to Donegal, while the Tir Chonaill men will be intent on getting back up to speed following their surprise early exit in Ulster to DOWN GAA 🏐

The 2026 Di**le Way Challenge takes place on Sunday the 31st of May, starting out at St Pats GAA Club in Blennerville. The trail takes hikers through the stunning landscapes of the Di**le Peninsula, in west Kerry, incorporating rugged coastline, rolling hills, and sandy beaches 🌄

Employee of the Month for March – Tommy O'Connor 👷‍♂️

We are delighted to announce our second 'Employee of the Month' award winner for March ✨

Another deserving recipient of our monthly award, Tommy is currently working on site with Glenveagh in Mullingar as a snagger.

Popular, hardworking and effective on site, he has worked for us on a number of sites around Ireland and his services are always in demand, particularly with Glenveagh, where he does the majority of his work.

Speaking about Tommy's impact on site, our Director, Eamon Wall had this to say;

"Tommy is a great 'go to' guy for any site. His attention to detail and ability to sort out a problem means he's always in high demand. The site teams at Glenveagh have great confidence in him and as a result most of his work continues to be with Glenveagh.

Tommy is also a pleasure to deal with, and I'm delighted that he was chosen for this award. It's well deserved."
