Some weeks change you more internally than externally.
And these days in Iowa felt exactly like that. šŸ¤

It’s been a week full of changes, difficult decisions, and moments where I’ve had to let go of things, people, versions of myself… even plans I thought would stay forever.

I’m not going to pretend it’s been easy.
Walking away from what’s familiar can feel lonely.

But these days also reminded me of something really important:
the love and support from the people who truly care about you can hold you together when your mind feels exhausted.

And even though emotionally this season has been intense, I still feel grounded because I trust something that has never failed me: my talents, my discipline, and my ability to rebuild whenever life asks me to.

Maybe growth looks a little like this too.
Feeling uncertain… but continuing to move forward anyway.

Grateful for Iowa, for the quiet moments, the conversations, the hugs, and the small reminders I needed to remember who I am. ✨

Sometimes life forces you to make decisions that break you a little inside… even when you know they’re necessary.

And these past few weeks have been exactly that for me: changes, intense emotions, doubts, goodbyes, silence, and so many thoughts.

But today I realized something.
There’s no more powerful place to heal than in the arms of your family. šŸ¤

Traveling from Dublin to Iowa to hug my parents, my siblings, with my children and my husband… reminded me of what truly matters when life starts to feel too heavy.

Because at the end of the day, after all the noise, the difficult decisions, and the hard moments, what holds your heart together will always be the love of the people who have been there since the beginning.

And today, more than ever, I’m grateful to be here.
Together.
Healthy.
Loved.
Present.

Sometimes we don’t need all the answers.
Sometimes we just need to go back to where it all started. āœØšŸ¤

šŸ…Employee of the quarter. A year ago, I didn’t know this would be the outcome.

There were moments of doubt, pressure, and challenges I didn’t see coming. But there was also growth, real growth the kind that only happens when you choose to stay true to yourself.

I’ve learned that I’m not built to fit into standard boxes. And every time I try, it shows.

But when I’m given the space to create, to lead, to be me that’s when everything clicks.

This recognition means a lot. But seeing the people I trained also win this quarter, That means everything.

Purpose will always be louder than pressure. And I’ll defend that every single time.
