The hardest part isn't always losing the weight. Sometimes it's believing that the change is actually real.

By Week 9, your habits have changed and your mindset has changed. Yet, it's surprisingly common for your brain to cling to the old version of you and struggle to fully recognise how far you've come.

That's why these final weeks matter so much.

Not because you're chasing a number on the scales, but because you're building a life you no longer want to escape from. You're letting go of the old clothes and the old comfort zones that kept you stuck for so long - It's time to close the exit door.

Discomfort isn't a sign that you should go backwards. More often than not, it's a sign that you're becoming someone who is stepping into a version of yourself that you've worked incredibly hard to create.

As you move through these final weeks, keep walking, keep showing up and keep reminding yourself of what's possible when you commit to yourself.

Because this journey was never just about losing weight, it's about becoming the person you were always capable of being. 💜
