My client is based in Athlone is looking for an Operation's Manager. My client is in the process of setting up a new nationwide Parcel Shop delivery service which allows the consumer collect and return parcels through one of many locations throughout Ireland. This service could be located in retail units around the country or also in dispersed locations for the customers of online retail stores to collect and return goods.
It will offer the consumer greater choice, flexibility and service. The national Parcel Shop Delivery service will be integrated with my client’s existing European model.

Job Description
My client is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst based in Dublin. Reporting to the Support & Maintenance Manager, the IT Support Analyst will join the Support & Maintenance Team who are responsible for providing first and second level support to application end users and escalation of issues within the team as necessary. This role requires strong technical competency as well as the ability to quickly gain an understanding of the products and services provided by the organisation.
Responsibilities
• Provide front line IT support for application issues for users requiring assistance primarily via the helpdesk management system but also by phone or email.
• Providing technical support and problem solving abilities.
• Give support and feedback to customers through problem resolution in a professional and prompt manner, as per service level agreements.
• Track issues to resolution, updating the helpdesk management system as appropriate.
• Effectively diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Work under own initiative.
• Work under pressure with changing and often conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to support leads.
• Maintain and update documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge base.
• Provide scheduled out-of-hour’s remote support.
• Additional projects as required.
Requirements
• Degree level in an IT oriented subject is advantageous.
• 1-2 years application support analyst experience.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Exposure to .net C # technologies and/or Java.
• Database experience (SQL Server preferable).
• Version control applications (e.g. SVN).
• The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), in order to build effective working relationships with business/technical users at various levels in a global environment.
• Good time management and analytical skills are required.
• A self-starter with a can do attitude is a must.

My client is a privately-funded software company focused on GPS-based fleet management systems. They have offices here in Ireland and in the UK and the US and has quickly become the fastest growing GPS tracking provider.
They require a Build Engineer who specialises in the Microsoft Technology stack to build out a continuous integration environment for our new Telematics platform. This is a large development project using the latest versions of .Net and SQL Server.
This role requires strong technical and communications skills. The Build Engineer will be responsible for designing and building out the new continuous integration environment and making recommendations to further improve the continuous integration process.
Responsibilities:
• 4+ years of experience as a Build or Release Engineer in an agile/scrum development environment
• Ability to influence technical discussions and provide technical leadership.
• Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on other project teams, development partners and stakeholders.
• Software build experience with Continuous Integration environments such as TeamCity, Jenkins/Hudson, Cruise Control, MSDeploy, Nant, MS Lab Manager etc., preferably TeamCity.
• Strong knowledge and experience using SVN
• Experience in automating database deployments and database versioning or source control tools, preferably RedGate SQL Source Control.
• Experience of deploying .NET Framework applications and components (WCF, ASP.NET, Windows services etc.).
• Strong scripting and automation skills
• Experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 / 2012.
