First job I had to build a room to house the electrical box.
As from pictures the builder installed the electrical box under a steel grid exposing it to rain. Box build abs waterproofed above the grid to stop rain getting in and water falls away from area.
Secure room build requested by ESB for safety and to help future maintenance.
Second job stripped of two balconies which were having issues with water ingress and sealed with lava 20 waterproofing tanking system.

Big change to the downstairs of this house. Larissa oak 12mm herringbone really brightens up the house.
I finished the bathroom off with t&G b panelling with wallpaper and added brass fitting to sink.

Called out to seal around a shower tray. What I seen was a disgrace. Replaced shower tray and base. Sealed correctly this time with change in colour of tile. (Ground floor concrete floor and they still managed to fit the shower tray wrong.) 🙄
