Client came to me with stiffness and pain in his shoulders and neck. Possible strain to Deltoids and upper traps from overuse or weight lifting. Several trigger points (knots)around these areas. Used dry needling to release these and also done some trigger point therapy followed by a deep tissue massage to encourage blood circulation back into the problem areas of the muscles.

Some dry needling to loosen up lower back muscles and all along Erector Spinae muscles. Finished off with a light sports massage to have my client feeling good!
