Fiona Mullin: Event Management Lecturer

Fiona currently works as Head of Event Sales for a prestigious 5 star Hotel Resort outside Dublin. She ran the Event Sales team for 8 years and has organised various types of events. Fiona has worked in the Hospitality industry in Ireland for over 15 years. She has completed two degrees, one in Hotel and Catering Management and one in Business Tourism and also has a Masters in Strategic Hospitality Management
