 Provide solutions to customers / Support them via Inbound calls or E mails.
 Maintain strong professional relationships with all clients.
 Identify and resolve technical issues.
 Supports the customers in all aspects through to problem resolution.
 Provide feedback to the team manager.
Requirements:
 European passport or work permit
 Strong PC skills
 Team player, Ambitious, Hard working
 Customer Care oriented
 Fluent in both French and English
