This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with leadership teams across:
β Employee Relations
β Disciplinary & grievance management
β Performance & absence management
β WRC-related processes

π¨ Experiential Producers
β this is NOT an Event Manager role.
We're specifically looking for a mid-level Producer who has genuinely worked in:
brand activations
experiential campaigns
live events
conferences
pop-ups
Someone who understands the difference between:
π coordinating an event
and
π owning production delivery.
This role is for a Producer who is comfortable:
managing suppliers and production partners
building timelines and schedules
handling installs/live/derig
juggling multiple moving projects
solving problems calmly when things inevitably change onsite
The environment is:
β Fast-paced
β Agency-side
β Remote-first (Ireland-based)
β Collaborative
β Hands-on
You'll work across international client projects with a strong mix of live events, activations and experiential work.
Importantly:
We're not looking for someone operating at Head of Production level.
And we're not looking for pure conference/event coordinators either.
This is very much:
π― a strong mid-level experiential Producer role.
The sweet spot is probably someone with:
4β7 years' agency-side production experience
activation and live-event delivery exposure
confidence running projects independently
energy for agency life and live environments
If that sounds like you β or someone you know β I'd love to chat.
