Caherconnell is a very well-preserved dry-stone ring fort located in the Burren region in County Clare. It is one of the biggest of its kind, with a diameter of 40m. Caherconnell is also home to Archeology Field School, which in partnership with the National University of Ireland in Galway provides outstanding archaeological experiences within the unique Burren region. Another attraction of the fort is a demonstration of herding dogs.

Avoca Mill (Co. Wicklow), is the oldest working woolen mill in Ireland, established in 1723.

Leap Castle is a 15th-century stronghold transformed into a Gothic Revival mansion in the 50s of the 18th century. During the construction works in the early 1900s, workers discovered dungeons with remains of around 150 humans and three skeletons sealed into one of the castle's walls. Since then, Leap Castle has built a reputation as one of the most haunted castles in Ireland.
