Cork’s incredibly talented Paladar crew are Fidelity-bound this Bank Holiday Monday, 2nd February. Partnering with Sister7, they have curated a tasting menu that blends Chifa and Nikkei influences (Chinese-Latin fusion).

There will be four of Paladar’s award winning cocktails available on the night, with each dish intentionally crafted to complement the nuance of Paladar’s award winning cocktails.

The combination of food, music and craft drinks is central to why we built Fidelity Studio, so we’re really excited to bring people together for an event that captures everything we’re about.

The event is all served family style, so tables/seats will not be reserved. Just find a seat with your pals / partner on arrival and enjoy the evening with some new friends!
