Last month, we hosted a milestone event, which brought together our incredible Mercury team, contractors, suppliers, and the Digital Realty team in France to recognise the collaboration, innovation, and dedication that have powered this ambitious project forward.

Together we’re delivering a facility that comprises of:
✅4 data centres (PAR8–PAR11)
✅76MW IT capacity
✅39,000m² white space
✅100% renewable energy
✅ DLC-ready IT spaces for AI/HPC deployment
✅Certified to ISO 50001
✅A new 7,500m² public park for La Courneuve

Delivering this technically advanced campus, that supports innovation, and the evolving demands of AI has been a true team effort and a shining example of what’s possible when vision meets ex*****on.

This role leads project ex*****on for fire protection systems, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure scope delivery in line with design documents and specifications.

Mercury completes delivery of GTR’s GB One data centre project in London.

Mercury has proudly completed the delivery of the GB One data centre for Global Technical Realty in Slough, London.

Located in London’s premier data centre hub, the facility has a total data capacity of 40.5 MW, across 16,119 m2, which is split into three data halls. As general contractor, Mercury’s team were responsible for all elements of CSA delivery and MEP fitout works as well as Major Capital Plant design and procurement on the project. Work commenced on the project in Q4 2022, with the full 40.5MW handed over by Q4 2024. The three phases of the project were handed over in 10 months.

All power is sourced from providers supplying 100% renewable energy using natural resources, to ensure carbon free facilities. Mercury’s design team played a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination of the design and vendor selection processes on the project.
