FIRST HYROX DOUBLES complete, with the main man taking part in his first hyrox race ever!

I think it’s pretty safe to say we both had a blast, so much so i’m not sure if i will ever do an individual hyrox again 🤣

Being able to share the workload made it much more enjoyable and i would fully recommend a doubles to anyone beginning there hyrox journey or perhaps not knowing what race to try first

not only sharing the workload but the race planning, the accountability factor in training and just the overall comradery made it a blast!

we set an aim a couple of months ago of sub 1:04 and we managed to get inside our time, Can’t wait to go again in 2025 where we will aim to break 60 👀
