The role primarily involves:

• Interviewing student applicants and maintaining a categorical database of the employees’ academic backgrounds and specific employment requests/preferences. The database construction (based upon interviewees) will largely depend upon your own personal initiatives on recruiting as well as those provided by the company.
• Delivering the appropriate staff, matching them to each unique order as it occurs.
• Human Resource Management- training, managing, disciplining and developing students in their capacities to deliver on site.
• Customer Relations- dealing with customer issues concerning specific staff requests or any issues that arise once they are already on site.
• Promotion and Advertising-promoting the company amongst students through the various university unions, by identifying and attending events on the company’s behalf, selling the concept through social media, student seminars, business events on campus or in the area
