Big congrats to Ryaner placing 3rd in his class at the Phenom open in Cork last weekend 💪🏽

Ryaner got a clean slate of 9/9 lifts and matched or exceeded all of his PBs at a new, much lower bodyweight. Some going!

Congratulations to Liz and her husband on completing their 100th park run on the weekend 🏃🏽‍♀️

Liz has been a loyal member of AP for years, shes consistent with her training ✅, always pushes herself hard 🥵 and we love having her as a part of the gym 💪
