Outstraight Presents: Kochi

We’re delighted to be back at one of our favourite, intimate venues for a clubnight in the city this Saturday night.

Keeping the party vibes rocking for the weekend, excited is an understatement for this clubnight!

Curating a special lineup that includes our close friend and one of the best selectors in the city - our last event in Dashi together was a special one so make sure to catch what is sure to be a very, very memorable set.

Accompanying our headliner is and we cannot wait to see what he has been cooking up!

Predominately an electronic DJ who has recently played a couple of shows with Outstraight that were primarily based around Chinese hip-hop, this will be one for the books as we get a glimpse into the electronic influences that shape a large part of his sound.

Then we also have some of our roster joining the bill in the way of & …expect a mixed bag of world sounds and drum & bass (wouldn’t be a set from our lads without it!)

The one, the only…what’s his name?
Don Kobbler! The inimitable man himself…bring a level of energy to live shows that is currently unmatched, Colin has a very unique ability to connect strongly with the crowd at every show he has performed. Often singing his hooks and verses back to him…this isn’t just a sign of his showmanship but also his lyrical ability.

More than most his lyrics are catchy, meaningful and full of insights about life as a creative in Dublin - and this again resonates strongly with both listeners at home, and spectators at a live show.

Delighted to have the man himself on board - and we are super keen to see what his releases bring this year and the latest and great iteration of his live show also, stay locked and loaded!

What can we say about the multi talented Conor, you will as easily catch him DJing at an Outstraight show (of various genres) or MCing over hip-hop, breakbeats and drum and bass - we all know which one is his favourite genre really!
