The board of Directors have recently been in talks with St. Patricks (ESB staff) credit union in relation to the possible Transfer of engagements / merger.
Pearse Credit Union is not in any trouble and is not being forced into this engagement it was a decision made by the Board who act on your behalf. The board felt that this was the right direction to take in order to continue offering the best services and protection to our members.
If you have any questions relating to this matter please ask a member of staff.
As this is in the early stages and is subject to the Central Banks approval the Board will keep you updated with developments at the upcoming AGM and as they unfold.
Please keep an eye out in the credit union and on the website for notices in relation to the possible mergers.
Please be reassured that the operations of Pearse credit union will remain the same.
