Forvis Mazars in Ireland

Last Friday, we were delighted to host the 2026 Irish Investor Awards in the magnificent Round Room at the Mansion House. Now in its third year, the event has firmly established itself in the annual diary of the Irish investment community.

It was fantastic to see a packed house and such a great atmosphere throughout the evening. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners and finalists on their well-deserved recognition.

Our Managing Partner, Tom O'Brien, started proceedings with a warm welcome address and thanks to An Tánaiste and Minister for Finance Simon Harris TD for officially opening the awards.

We were also delighted to have Colette Fitzpatrick expertly guide the evening as MC, managing a busy programme with great skill and professionalism.

After 14 awards were presented, the evening concluded on a poignant note with a Lifetime Achievement Award presented by corporate finance partner John Bowe in memoriam to the late John Purdy, who recently passed away. Our thanks to Conal O'Donnell, CEO of Ergo for accepting the award on John's behalf and for his heartfelt speech.
