We are delighted to share that Kemil Naidoo has been awarded both the Emerging Researcher Paper Award and the Overall Best Paper Award for his outstanding research with TU Dublin on GPT-enabled BIM generative design for cleanrooms.

This achievement is a testament to Kemil’s dedication to innovation and the continuous pursuit of excellence in architectural design and technology. His work exemplifies the integration of advanced AI tools in shaping the future of cleanroom design, a vital step forward to smarter, more holistic, and more efficient cleanroom design.

We look forward to translating this groundbreaking knowledge into our upcoming cleanroom and other life sciences projects and to continuing to push the boundaries of digital design in architecture.

We are delighted to witness first panels being installed on The Sidings project for Bartra, designed by TOT Architects . It's great to see it happening after years of planning and coordination with Collen Construction, Techrete, Duggan Systems Ltd, Billings Design Associates Ltd. and the rest of the design team.
