Hot off the press from the Department of Justice

Spouses and partners of General Employment Permit and ICT (Intra Company Transfer) Employment Permit holders will now be able to apply for a Stamp 1G Permission which will allow them to access the Irish labour market.

This announcement comes into effect from today and will allow eligible individuals to change their Permission type.
