To celebrate over 200 years of , we created a one-off Smoked Imperial Stout brewed with Port Ellen’s signature peated barley malt, sourced directly from their Islay maltings.
Crafted in collaboration with Guinness Open Gate Brewery Head Brewer Peter Simpson and Port Ellen Distillery Manager Ali McDonald, this limited release celebrates the connection between Ireland and Islay — and a shared passion for experimentation and innovation.
Now pouring and available exclusively at Port Ellen Distillery and Guinness Open Gate Brewery from 26th–31st May.
