Is academia a safe space for q***r people?

This is an informal/experiential roundtable between q***r students of various academic levels, where they will share their lived experiences as members of the academic community, and discuss whether their campuses and structures nurture q***rness or hinder it.

How can be reclaimed as a safer space an affective space where our q***r voices are heard and matter. Furthermore, the roundtable explores the intrinsic correlation between academia and society through q***r identity and how this osmosis can mould future q***r.

This online event is organised by both EROSS@DCU (Dublin City University, Ireland) and PHYL.IS, the Student Union for Gender Equality (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece).

The discussion will be conducted in English.

The session will be recorded for archival purposes.
