Day 2 of 25 Days of Moving with GuGo.

After a more intense session last night, today was all about keeping it gentle.
All I could fit in was a quick lunchtime walk and that felt just right.

It was still chilly, so I wrapped up and headed somewhere I knew I’d get heart pumping with an uphill walk with a good view. Sometimes a short walk and a bit of fresh air is exactly what you need.
