Raspberry & white chocolate OatFull cookies 🍪

Ingredients:

2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup chia & flaxseed OatFull
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup raspberries

Method:

1. Mix ingredients together
2. Scoop the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
3. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes

OatFull, pecan and chocolate cookies 🍪

Bring them in a lunchbox for some mid-hike treats 👀

Ingredients:
50g caster sugar
100g soft brown sugar
150g butter
200g self-raising flour
100g milk chocolate drops
175g OatFull
100g chopped pecans

Method:
- Mix together both sugars and the butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the four and then fold in the chocolate drops, porridge oats and pecans.
- Mix well to combine. Using your hands, form the mixture into balls, then flatten slightly with a fork.
- Place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving enough room for the cookies to spread out.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C
- Remove from the oven and allow to settle and harden for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and leave cool completely.
- Enjoy! 😍
